Normal. On y joue « Compromis » de Philippe Claudel , la comédie qui a fait le bonheur du Théâtre des Nouveautés et du Edouart VII à Paris avec Pierre Arditi et Michel Leeb . Ici, on est face à une reprise bruxelloise à taille humaine avec trois valeurs sûres du théâtre : Pascal Racan, Marc De Roy et Boris Olivier . Signer un compromis de vente, en principe, c’est facile, il faut un appartement, un acheteur, un vendeur, et le tour est joué. Enfin,… en principe! Dans les faits, c’est un huis clos cruel et hilarant que Claudel résume ainsi : Denis est un comédien médiocre, Martin un dramaturge raté. Le premier vend son appartement et a demandé au second d’être présent lors de la signature du compromis, pour rassurer l’acheteur. Arrive l’acheteur, M. Duval, et le compromis immobilier devient compromis moral, règlement de comptes et déballage de trente ans d’amitié, de jalousies et de petites lâchetés. (c) Le Jardin de ma soeur – Compromis Le texte est une horlogerie. 1h30 sans entracte et sans temps mort. Claudel, romancier avant d’être dramaturge, écrit au scalpel avec des dialogues qui claquent et une alternance de vacheries très drôles et de confessions plus amères. C’est ce que la présentation du Jardin promet : « une comédie brillante, mordante et terriblement drôle » , et elle tient parole. Le choix du Jardin de ma sœur est une excellente idée car la pièce originale se jouait dans un grand théâtre parisien, et ici, on est à quelques mètres des acteurs. L’appartement vide devient notre appartement, on entend le grincement du parquet, on voit la sueur des comédiens. Et la distribution bruxelloise justifie à elle seule le déplacement.
